Job Summary
In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive mental health and social work services to diverse population including adults and seniors. Your expertise will support individuals facing a range of challenges such as developmental disabilities, trauma, addiction, and mental health disorders. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality patient care through clinical assessments, psychotherapy, crisis intervention, and case management, all while adhering to HIPAA regulations and maintaining accurate medical documentation. Duties
Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs) support their clients with everyday problems related to mental health, behavioral issues and emotional problems. A Licensed Clinical Social Worker job description includes specific duties and responsibilities for the role, including:

· Creating individualized care plans for each client

Skills Required
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-R) credential
- Ability to conduct clinical assessments and provide psychotherapy

- Crisis intervention skills and ability to respond to emergencies
- Case management and care coordination experience
- Knowledge of HIPAA and ability to maintain accurate medical documentation
- Ability to refer clients to community resources and collaborate with other providers
- Monitoring client progress and maintaining treatment records
