Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide psychotherapy and counseling services to clients with diverse mental health needs
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment progress
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure client needs are met
- Monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment approaches as necessary
- Adhere to all legal, ethical, and professional standards set by licensing boards and organizational policies
- Participate in supervision, training, and ongoing professional development activities
Skills and Qualifications:
- Valid and current LCSW license in the state of practice
- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution
- Proven experience in clinical social work, preferably in a mental health or healthcare setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to establish rapport and build trust with clients
- Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

What We Do
Springhill Medical Center is a private, nonprofit acute-care facility and licensed 48-bed hospital serving Springhill, Louisiana, Webster Parish, and southwest Arkansas. The center provides critical services including emergency care, surgery, and geriatric psychiatric treatment. Additionally, it operates two rural health clinics and one physical therapy outpatient clinic, dedicated to its mission of delivering patient-centered care.
