Responsibility:
- Complete manufacturable PCB layout based on schematic and outline drawing within the project schedule.
- Define PCB stack-up considering performance, manufacturability and cost etc.
- Create and maintain PCB library.
- PCB related documents preparation, including Gerber, fab instruction, assembly drawing, 3D drawing and panel drawing etc.
- DFM/EQ reply. Documents releasing.
Required Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree or above in communication, electrical, electronic or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in HDI board layout, experience in optical module product is preferred.
- Be proficient with EDA softwares, such as Cadence, Pads, AutoCAD,CAM350 etc.
- Be familiar with digital/analog circuit knowledge, be familiar with SI/PI/EMC/EMI request.
- Understand and familiar with the process and capability of PCB and PCBA, understand knowledge of material and industry standards, such as IPC.
- Good command in English communication reading, writing and speaking.
- Good sense of responsibility, learning ability and teamwork spirit.
