Introduction
The Legal & Compliance Operations and Processes team supports regulatory area owners in designing, implementing, and monitoring their Compliance programs. We oversee the Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) Program and develop the monitoring, analytics, and reporting strategy for the broader Legal & Compliance department.
Through the TPRM Program, we conduct compliance background checks on ASML's new business partners, evaluating potential risks related to export control, anti-bribery, anti-corruption, human rights, and ESG. We provide insights into partners' business practices and offer recommendations for risk mitigation, ensuring that we engage with reliable partners who align with our ethical standards and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Your assignment
We are seeking an Intern to support our Third- Party Risk Management (TPRM) Program. You will assist in various activities related to risk management, project communication, and program administration to ensure the smooth operation and enhancement of our TPRM initiatives.
Key deliverables are, but are not limited to:

Assist in the development and enhancement of the Third-Party Risk Management Program and -tooling.

Maintain and update the TPRM Program SharePoint site with relevant information and resources.

Design and develop TPRM communication campaigns, including awareness events, routine polls, quizzes, etc.

Plan and coordinate TPRM events, ensuring all logistical details are managed effectively.

Develop and maintain FAQs based on incoming questions to provide quick and accurate responses.
Your profile
To be a perfect fit for this internship, you:

Have a background in Law, Business, Risk Management, Information Technology, or a related field.

Have affinity with project planning and organizing.
-
Have strong organizational, multitasking skills, proactive and have attention to detail.

Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Are proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).

Have familiarity with Power Automate and other automation tools is a plus
Other requirements you need to meet

You are enrolled at an educational institute for the entire duration of the internship;

You need to be located in the Netherlands to be perform your internship. In case you ‘re currently living/studying outside of the Netherlands, your CV/motivation letter includes the willingness to relocate.

If you are a non-EU citizen, studying in the Netherlands, your university is willing to sign the documents relevant for doing an internship (i.e., Nuffic agreement).
