We are seeking a Dynamics Customer Insights Solution Architect to join our team in LATAM. This remote role provides the opportunity to collaborate with a dynamic team on exciting projects while ensuring seamless coordination across time zones.
As a Dynamics Customer Insights Solution Architect, you will lead the technical design, implementation, and optimization of solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights. You will participate in all aspects of the implementation lifecycle, including gathering requirements, defining use cases, and ensuring successful adoption across the organization. As a member working in a team environment, you will take direction from project leadership while guiding stakeholders and driving digital transformation for our clients.

ResponsibilitiesLead the architecture and design of end-to-end solutions leveraging Dynamics 365 Customer Insights, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and IT teams to gather requirements, define use cases, and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
Oversee the deployment and configuration of Dynamics Customer Insights Journeys, including data integration, process automation, and campaign orchestration.
Provide deep product knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Insights, Power Platform, and related Azure services; guide teams on best practices for data modeling, segmentation, and personalization.
Architect custom solutions and integrations with other Microsoft and third-party platforms using Azure Logic Apps and API-based services to extend functionality and enable seamless data flow.
Define and implement testing strategies to validate solution integrity, performance, and compliance with organizational standards.
Deliver workshops, documentation, and training sessions to empower users and administrators on platform capabilities and usage.
Monitor solution adoption, analyze performance metrics, and recommend enhancements to maximize business value and customer engagement.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in solution architecture or consulting, with a focus on CRM, marketing automation, or customer data platforms.
Deep proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights Journeys and related Microsoft cloud technologies is mandatory.
Proven experience in designing and implementing complex integrations using Power Platform, Azure Logic Apps, and other API-based services.
Strong understanding of data management, segmentation, analytics, and customer journey orchestration.
Experience in Agile/Scrum project delivery and DevOps practices.
Knowledge of privacy, compliance, and security standards in customer data management.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or Azure are highly desirable.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
