Operate and maintain large-format and UV printers, prepare and proof artwork using Adobe Creative Suite, set up print files, perform finishing (vinyl application, hemming, grommets), stage materials, package products, coordinate job orders with sales, and assist with CNC router use and basic equipment maintenance to meet production deadlines.

- Work closely with our Sales and Production department to assure deadlines are being met.
- Knowledge of CNC Router or willingness to learn the equipment is crucial.
- Prepare final product for shipping and delivery multiple locations; create custom packaging when necessary
- Responsible for regular basic maintenance of equipment.
- Help maintain a clean, organized and well managed work environment
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2+ years of experience in Large Format Digital printing
- Strong computer and internet skills (multiple platforms)
- Expertise with Adobe based platforms (Acrobat, InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop)
- Able to manage and optimize workload, prioritize multiple projects, and streamline the production flow
- Must demonstrate extreme attention to detail in design work
- Skilled in copyediting/proofreading and desktop publishing
- Ability to lift objects/rolls up to 50 pounds
- Must be an energetic self-starter who is driven to succeed
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Neat, clean, and professional appearance
