Job Description

The Vendor will assess the state of the applications using a mutually agreed upon methodology and approach, analyze the enterprise application portfolio, meet with business and information technology subject matter experts to identify the relevance of an application to the business capability, the business value, risks, identify rationalization opportunities, identify dispositions, develop detailed business cases, develop rationalization roadmaps and timelines for implementation of rationalization recommendations.
