Responsibilities
- Convert physical land records into Quorum software.
- Perform structured data entry and digital file conversion.
- Validate migrated land data for accuracy and completeness.
- Organize and index digital records within Quorum.
- Support quality control during large-scale data migration.
- For Project Lead: oversee workflow and coordinate data conversion team efforts.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency with Quorum software (Required).
- Experience with digital file conversion, data migration, or structured data entry.
- High attention to detail and document organization skills.
- Ability to work in-office in Houston, TX.
