Why You’ll Love Working Here

We know talented attorneys have choices, and we work hard to be the place they choose to build their careers. Here, associates do sophisticated work in a genuinely collaborative environment where support is real and growth is intentional. You will have the opportunity to take ownership of matters, develop judgment, and work independently, while still having a strong team behind you.

Our attorneys benefit from a structured mentorship program, full marketing and business development support, professional development and training, and a steady workflow that allows them to focus on practicing law and building their careers. We also believe that culture matters - we invest in regular social events and shared experiences that make work more enjoyable and strengthen real professional relationships. Simply put, we hire good people who treat each other well, and we work hard to maintain a respectful, supportive environment where everyone can thrive.

With reasonable, billable expectations and exposure to a wide range of complex client matters, our attorneys build meaningful careers with both professional challenge and genuine support.
