Our expertise in email and SMS marketing allows our clients to cultivate relationships with potential customers and build lasting relationships with current customers to create lifetime value.

About the role

At Homestead, the Landing Page Designer creates high-converting landing pages for paid media campaigns across multiple direct-to-consumer brands. This role owns the art direction and visual execution of assigned landing pages, translating approved strategy, copy, and assets into polished desktop and mobile designs that are on-brand, conversion-minded, and production-ready.

This is a primarily internal role that partners closely with Paid Account Managers, the Lead Designer, and the Director of Design. The designer is expected to exercise strong creative judgment, maintain excellent file hygiene, manage design-stage tasks reliably, and contribute thoughtful recommendations when design, asset, or UX issues affect the final page.

Responsibilities
  • Design performance-driven landing pages, including listicles, PDPs, and advertorials, grounded in clear conversion hierarchy and mobile-first thinking.
  • Own the art direction and visual execution of assigned landing pages, including layout, hierarchy, imagery selection, typography, desktop design, and mobile adaptation.
  • Organize provided copy, assets, brand guidelines, and direction into a cohesive landing page experience with strong UX and visual clarity.
  • Set up and maintain client Figma files, ensure clean organization and naming conventions, and prepare files for internal review and handoff.
  • Monitor daily design tasks in Asana, move tasks through assigned design stages, manage personal queue with support from the team lead, and complete work on time.
  • Independently complete client-requested design revisions that stay within the agreed direction.
  • Review onboarding materials and brand information to ensure designs align with client standards and campaign needs.
  • Collaborate with Paid Account Managers, copywriters, strategists, developers, and other creatives to improve execution quality and solve design-related issues.
  • Identify technical, asset, or UX constraints and recommend practical solutions or alternatives when they affect the final execution.
  • Participate in structured internal review loops, respond well to feedback, and implement revisions efficiently.
  • Contribute feedback on team processes, workflows, templates, and design standards to help improve quality and efficiency over time.
  • Support landing page work across paid clients and flex across brands or priorities as workloads shift.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years designing high-volume landing pages for DTC brands.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating performance-driven creative.
  • Proficiency in Figma (required) and Replo (required).
  • Strong understanding of conversion hierarchy, landing page best practices, and mobile-first design.
  • Familiarity with paid ad platforms such as Meta and Google.
  • Experience contributing to A/B testing and interpreting performance data.
  • Excellent communication and time-management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, file organization, and visual polish.
  • Ability to manage multiple brands, deadlines, and revisions without sacrificing quality.
  • Agency experience is a plus.
  • Exposure to email and SMS creative systems is a plus.
  • Experience with accessibility best practices, including ADA and WCAG, is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Note on Application Responses
We strongly encourage applicants to answer questions in their own words. While tools like ChatGPT can be helpful for organizing or polishing your thoughts, it is very easy to recognize when responses are copied and pasted without personalization. Candidates who use AI in that way are typically less successful in our process. Please treat your responses as an opportunity to show us how you think and communicate.
