About the role:
Together, we apply our expertise to large-scale projects to drive forward and implement energy transition initiatives in collaboration with our clients from industry, energy supply, energy transmission, and many other sectors.

As a Land Management Project Manager, you play a key role in the contractual securing of transmission corridors in grid expansion projects. You support all communication with landowners and authorities, handle negotiations, and ensure the legal framework for successful implementation is in place. With your structured and empathetic approach, you help create acceptance and achieve project goals.

What you bring:
- You hold a degree in law, real estate management, public administration or a similar field
- You have hands-on experience with landowners, authorities or securing usage rights – ideally in infrastructure settings
- You have strong expertise in land management and work with cadastral and land registry data
- You bring legal understanding, work methodically and confidently manage sensitive communication processes
- You are proficient in MS Office; experience with documentation systems or real estate software is a plus
- You communicate fluently in German and English
- You are willing to travel occasionally, depending on project requirements
