The Boeing Company is seeking a Lab Test Program Integrator to join the team in Berkeley, Missouri. You will integrate Test statement of work across the Boeing Test & Evaluation (BT&E) organization and the Program to include developing T&E strategies, upfront proposal and execution plans, monitoring and reporting execution performance and leveraging learning from other programs into the assigned program.
Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Experienced and Lead Level Lab Test Program Integrators.
Position Responsibilities:
Develop and manage the Test Execution Strategy
- T&E papers; technical papers, strategic analysis, industry assessments, customer trip reports, competitive analysis
- Endorse capital forecast spending, capability assessments, technology review boards, long lead assessment
Preparation and coordination of the program integrated lab test plan
- Detailed T&E plans and Integrated Test Plan (ITP)
Coordinate with T&E stakeholders (management, partners, segments, sub-teams, suppliers, capabilities)
- Working group and coordination meetings, program operating rhythm
Prepare and maintain requirements traceability
- Verification metrics, program requirements documents
Support and conduct program reviews
- Critical Design Review (CDR), Test Readiness Review (TRR), Flight Readiness Review (FRR), Launch Readiness Review, Operational Test Readiness Review, On Orbit Test Review, Non-Advocate Reviews, etc.
Management of the Test program Baseline
- Participate in the change management process and assure the organization, work statement, schedule, costs, and RIO are kept in sync.
Develops a test execution plan which incorporates the following:
- Defines long lead resources
- Defines the test schedule baseline, strategy and relationships of key milestones
- Defines test organization, teaming relationships, major resources and terminology
- Incorporates ground rules to provide a program baseline solution
- Defines all controlling documents, specifications, processes and process deviations used for the test program
- Defines the T&E program baseline at the time of release and in some cases may be used as change authority
- Defines the process and as applicable administers the process of requirements traceability to the test conduct and reporting
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Have or held an active U.S. Security Clearance in the past 24 months
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
- 3+ years' experience working in a complex test planning, development, and execution
- 3+ years of experience working in a laboratory and/or test environment
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Level 4: 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical, Mechanical, or Aerospace Engineering
- 3+ years' experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)
- 3+ years' experience as a Cost Account Manager (CAM)
- 3+ years' experience working in a developmental lab and/or flight environment related to DoD mission systems

Summary Pay Range for Experienced (Level 3): $103,700 - $140,300
Summary Pay Range for Lead Level (Level 4): $126,650 - $171,350
Potential signing bonus for eligible/qualified external candidates.
