Técnico de LaboratorioBuscamos un técnico de laboratorio con experiencia que esté interesado en unirse a nuestro equipo de profesionales apasionados, dinámicos y dedicados en Veritas Intercontinental, una de las compañías líderes mundiales en genética. La vacante actual se realizará en nuestro Laboratorio de Genética ubicado en Barcelona. Para postularse a este puesto, se requiere ser un técnico de laboratorio altamente motivado y competente, preferiblemente con experiencia previa en un centro de genómica de alto volumen o similar. Esperamos que el candidato seleccionado desempeñe su puesto con cuidado, atención al detalle y experiencia demostrable en la gestión de cargas de trabajo dinámicas, diversas y exigentes.
El candidato seleccionado colaborará en las operaciones de laboratorio, incluyendo la extracción de ADN, el control de calidad, la preparación y secuenciación de bibliotecas, siguiendo los procedimientos operativos estándar (POE) y utilizando la automatización cuando sea necesario.
- Acceso de muestras
- Preparar muestras para análisis utilizando diversos equipos de laboratorio
- Realizar ensayos moleculares estándar, incluyendo extracción de ADN, PCR y qPCR
- Operar instrumentos robóticos de preparación de muestras
- Preparar bibliotecas de secuenciación de nueva generación siguiendo los procedimientos operativos estándar
- Responsable, junto con los miembros del equipo, de la limpieza diaria del laboratorio, incluyendo el mantenimiento general del equipo y el control de existencias de consumibles
- Mantenimiento de registros de laboratorio
- Título de Técnico Superior en Laboratorio Clínico y Biomédico
- Mínimo de 2 a 4 años de experiencia en un puesto similar
- Experiencia en un laboratorio clínico o de referencia
Deseable:
- Uso de plataformas de manejo de líquidos
- Familiarizado con el uso diario de un Sistema de Gestión de Información de Laboratorio (LIMS) según los requisitos de las normas ISO 9001 y 15189
- Experiencia con métodos de alto rendimiento, idealmente incluyendo automatización de laboratorio
- Experiencia trabajando en instalaciones centrales de genómica/secuenciación en un entorno académico, industrial o similar (se valorará)
- Se valorará una actitud positiva para trabajar con flexibilidad, con cambio de turno ocasional
- Buena gestión del tiempo y capacidad para gestionar varios proyectos simultáneamente
- Se valorará la comunicación oral y escrita en inglés
