Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Lab Technician to support the Avionics, Aerodynamics, and Rocket Integration labs. The technician will be responsible for maintaining lab equipment, assisting in experiments, ensuring safety compliance, and supporting research and development activities.
Educational Qualification: Diploma in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE) / Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE)
Experience: 0-3 years (Freshers with relevant knowledge can apply)
Key Responsibilities:
•Avionics Lab:
o Help test and fix avionics systems like sensors, communication devices, and flight control systems.
o Keep lab equipment in good working condition by maintaining and calibrating it.
o Assist engineers, students, and faculty in running tests and recording data.
•Rocket Integration Lab:
o Help put together and test parts of rockets.
o Assist with wiring and connecting electronic systems in rockets.
o Follow safety rules when working with rocket engines and structures.
Skills and Competencies:
✔ Understanding of electronics, circuit design, and troubleshooting, especially for avionics.
✔ Experience using testing tools like oscilloscopes, multimeters, and signal analyzers.
✔ Basic knowledge of aerodynamics and how air moves around objects.
✔ Ability to read and understand technical drawings and manuals.
✔ Hands-on skills in wiring, soldering, and assembling electronic circuits.
✔ Strong focus on safety and following lab rules.
