Escolaridad: Licenciatura o Ingeniería Químico o similar (título deseable)
Idioma: Dominio de inglés deseable
Experiencia: 3 años deseable en producción preferente en industria automotriz, leer color, formulación de pinturas, resinas plásticas preferible
Conocimientos: Pruebas de aprobación a las materias primas, ejecución de pruebas fisicoquímicas al producto terminado, asegurar correcto funcionamiento de los parámetros químicos de los equipos, participación en temas de cliente y/ó proveedores
Competencias Conductuales:
•Trabajo en equipo
•Comunicación efectiva
Competencias Técnicas:
•Procesos de acabados en industria automotriz (deseable)
•Metodologías para solución de problemas.
•Equipo de aplicación manual y automática de pintura, convencional y electrostática.
•Equipo de preparación y aplicación de pintura automotriz
•Control de equipo de laboratorio, de Mix Room.
•Proceso de Mixroom y procesos de moldeo e Inyección de plásticos
Principales tareas y responsabilidades:
•Coordinar las pruebas para garantizar que las materias primas
•Coordinar las pruebas de calidad a todos los materiales secundarios: a). Prueba de cráter de nuevos químicos.
•Coordinar la correcta ejecución de las pruebas realizadas al producto terminado
•Asegurar el cumplimiento al control de los parámetros químicos de los equipos
•Participación en mejoras en los procesos
•Análisis de defectos y problemas de calidad
•Coordinar elaboración y seguimiento a reclamos de proveedores calidad en materias primas.
•Participación en análisis y seguimiento a reclamos de cliente que involucren temas técnicos
•Participación en los lanzamientos de nuevos proyectos
•Elaboración de AAR´s nuevos proyectos entregable a nuestros clientes.
•Participación en las armonías de color en las plantas de nuestros clientes.
•Asegurar las condiciones de orden y limpieza dentro del laboratorio
•Dar seguimiento a llenado de formatos y reportes necesarios las pruebas del laboratorio.
•Coordinar el etiquetado de materiales conforme a lo establecido en el sistema de calidad: Sellar y etiquetar cada contenedor de pintura, SMC, IMC
•Coordinar el funcionamiento y calibración de los equipos de medición con el fin de asegurar la confiabilidad de las pruebas.

Skills Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
- Three years of production experience, preferably in the automotive industry
- Experience reading color and formulating paints and plastic resins
- Knowledge of raw-material approval testing and physicochemical testing of finished products
- Knowledge of automotive finishing processes
- Experience with manual and automated conventional and electrostatic paint application equipment
- Experience with automotive paint preparation and application equipment
- Experience controlling laboratory and Mix Room equipment
- Knowledge of plastic molding and injection processes
- English proficiency
- Problem-solving methodologies and effective communication skills
