Responsibilities
- Repair and troubleshoot POS, ATM and self-service equipment
- Perform testing, staging and technical validation of equipment and components
- Provide technical support to field teams and Help Desk
- Support R&D activities and technical improvements
- Conduct occasional field visits for complex technical issues
Requirements
- Technical/vocational diploma, college degree (IEK) in Electronics, electromechanics, IT, or a related field
- Hands-on experience in electronics, electromechanical systems or hardware troubleshooting
- Good knowledge of IT, Windows and networking
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Category B driving license and willingness to travel occasionally
- Experience with POS, ATM or banking equipment will be considered a plus
- Excellent command of Greek & English language
