The team
Join a dynamic team of DevOps engineers who are passionate about automation, operational efficiency, and platform reliability. Our team works at the intersection of development and operations, supporting mission-critical applications with a focus on CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and SRE best practices. We collaborate closely with development and platform teams to drive continuous improvement, implement cutting-edge solutions, and optimize operational performance. The role
As an L1/L2 DevOps Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, automating infrastructure and operational processes, and supporting Generative AI applications. You will conduct proof-of-concepts (POCs) to evaluate new tools and technologies while analyzing operational performance to identify optimization opportunities. Additionally, you will be responsible for documenting processes, SOPs, and best practices to ensure smooth team operations. By following Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles, you will help drive efficiency, reduce toil, and enhance system reliability. This role is ideal for candidates with a passion for automation, cloud platforms, and DevOps methodologies.
What you’ll bring
- Experience in developing CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or Azure DevOps.
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
- Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell for automation tasks.
- Knowledge of monitoring, alerting, and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog).
- Hands-on experience in conducting POCs for evaluating new DevOps tools and solutions.
- Understanding of SRE best practices, including incident management, alerting strategies, and system reliability improvements.
- Experience working with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze operational performance and drive optimizations.
- Excellent documentation skills for SOPs, KB articles, and process standardization.
- A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work cross-functionally with development, security, and platform teams.
