pladis is looking for Learning & Development Manager for our pladis Center of Excellence Team.

Key Deliverables

  • Develop, lead and continuously improve the Learning & Development strategy in alignment with the organization’s overall vision, mission and long-term business objectives.
  • Translate business and people strategies into regional and global learning initiatives, ensuring measurable impact on performance and talent outcomes.
  • Identify current and future learning, leadership and capability development needs across the organization and lead the preparation of the annual Learning & Development roadmap and budget.
  • Lead the implementation of diverse and modern learning solutions company-wide (e.g. blended learning, digital learning, coaching, mentoring, experiential learning), ensuring alignment with business KPIs.
  • Establish governance, standards and best practices for learning design, delivery and evaluation.
  • Measure and evaluate the effectiveness and ROI of learning initiatives, using data and insights to continuously enhance programs and processes.
  • Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, providing consultancy on people development, leadership capability and organizational effectiveness.
  • Build, manage and optimize relationships with external training providers, consultants and learning partners.
  • Lead and mentor Learning & Development team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

What Do You Need for This Role?

  • Bachelor’s degree in related fields (Master’s degree or certifications in Learning & Development, HR or Coaching is a strong asset).
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Learning & Development, with demonstrated experience in designing and managing organization-wide learning strategies.
  • Proven experience in leadership development, talent development and large-scale learning program management.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to link learning initiatives to organizational performance and strategic priorities.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at senior leadership level.
  • Strategic mindset combined with strong planning, project management and execution capabilities.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic and multicultural environments.
  • High level of analytical thinking, results orientation and continuous improvement mindset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with digital learning platforms and learning analytics is an advantage.
