X has engaged to implement TeleStaff (for their daily scheduling and vacation bidding process) for their Y facility onto their existing Workforce Central instance. The plant develops roofing materials with 675 employees (union based, hourly/salary employees). Additional details in Appendix.

WORKFORCE TELESTAFF STANDARD/ADVANCED DEPLOYMENT
• 1 distinct assessment (rule sets) will be configured for Standard & Advanced Deployment
• 675 licensed users
• 2 divisions implementing Standard deployment (Hourly/Salary)
• 1 Divisions are implementing Advanced Deployment (Hourly)
• This is not an implementation in the Kronos Private Cloud
• 1 Auction Configurations are required (such as Assignment Builder, Position/Shifts, Roster/OT/Special Events, Vacation)
• Customer is integrating with Workforce Central
• No custom feed(s) included
• No custom report(s) included
• Workforce IVR is not included

Skills Required
- Experience implementing Kronos TeleStaff
- Experience integrating/configuring Kronos Workforce Central
- Ability to configure Assignment Builder, positions/shifts, rosters, OT, special events, and vacation bidding
- Configure Standard and Advanced TeleStaff deployments for hourly and salaried divisions
- Available for contract engagement and able to work with a 675-user union plant environment
