Job Description
1. Hardware Testing and Verification: - Design and execute hardware test plans, conducting functionality, performance, and reliability tests. - Use testing instruments or tools (such as iperf, IxChariot, spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, multimeters, etc.) for testing and troubleshooting. 2. Problem Identification and Resolution: - Analyze test results to identify and resolve typical issues within the work domain, and propose improvement suggestions. - Collaborate with design engineers to resolve hardware design issues, ensuring products meet quality standards. 3. Quality Standards and Processes: - Establish and maintain hardware quality standards and testing procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy in testing. - Participate in quality audits to ensure manufacturing processes meet quality requirements. 4. Data Analysis and Reporting: - Write test reports and execute tests, documenting the testing process and results, and providing improvement suggestions. - Collect and analyze test data, generate test reports, and provide them to relevant departments for reference. - Regularly report quality status to management and propose improvement suggestions. 5. Customer Technical Support: - Assist in handling customer-reported issues during the R&D phase or after product shipment (field cases), and collaborate with software/hardware R&D and P/TM to clarify and confirm customer issues and help resolve them. - Assist customers in integrating test environments through established procedures or processes, or by collaborating with internal software/hardware R&D teams. 6. Cross-Departmental Collaboration: - Work with hardware, manufacturing, testing, and supplier teams to ensure product quality at all stages. - Provide technical support to help resolve quality issues during the production process. - Participate in quality meetings, offering professional advice on test results and quality improvements.Education
