募集内容：
- Outlierでは、生成人工知能モデルのトレーニングに携わる日本語が堪能な実力のあるライターを募集しています。
- このお仕事は、フリーランスとして完全リモートワークになり、勤務時間はフレキシブルですので、ご都合の良い時間帯に作業可能です。
業務内容：
- 日本語の文章を読み、AIモデルが作成した一連の回答にランク付けをする。
- 与えられたテーマについて日本語でショートストーリーを書く。
- AIモデルが作成した日本語の文章が事実に基づいて正確なものかどうかを評価する。
望ましい専門知識：
- プロの翻訳者としての実務経験
- プロとしての執筆経験（コピーライター、ジャーナリスト、テクニカルライター、エディターなど）
- 人文科学分野またはライティングに関連する分野の学部課程に在籍または修了している。
- クリエイティブ・ライティングに関連する大学院課程に在籍または修了している。
報酬：
- 現在の日本語ライティングエキスパートによるコアプロジェクトの平均報酬額は、
1時間あたり約31USドルとなっております。
- 報酬は、専門知識、スキル評価、ロケーション、プロジェクトのニーズ、その他の複数の条件によって変わります。
例) 博士号取得者にはより高いレートを提示する場合がございます。プロジェクトの初期段階や時間外労働など、コア業務以外の場合は、より低いレートが適用される場合がございます。 また、プロジェクトによってはインセンティブが支払われる場合もございます。詳細は各プロジェクトの支払い条件をご確認ください。
