Position: KOL Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced KOL Manager to join Manta, responsible for building, managing, and scaling our relationships with (KOLs) within the Web3 and blockchain space. The KOL Manager will lead influencer marketing strategies and enhance brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
1：Develop and execute KOL partnership strategies to boost Manta brand awareness and drive audience engagement.
2：Identify and onboard influential KOLs in Web3, crypto, and blockchain sectors.
3：Manage relationships with KOLs, ensuring brand alignment and optimizing collaboration efforts.
4：Track and analyze the performance of KOL campaigns and provide strategic insights for improvements.
5：Collaborate with marketing, community, and content teams to integrate KOL strategies into broader marketing efforts.
6：Negotiate partnership terms and ensure mutual value from KOL engagements.
Requirements:
Proven experience in influencer marketing, KOL management, or community relations within Web3.
Strong network with KOLs and influencers in the Web3.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
At least one year of experience in KOL management.
