The KS ComOps reports to the Knowledge Services (KS) ITO Leader and has a key role within the ITO Team. Working closely with different functions and stakeholders, He / She is responsible to coordinate all the ITO activities and collect all the inputs to manage the entire proposal life cycle in compliance with BH standards and processes. The candidate is expected to closely work together with Sales Manager and KS Business Developers with a high level of autonomy. Moreover he/she will need to closely interact with the KS OTR to ensure fast convertibility and precise hand-offs for strong, timely and top-quality execution.
Main responsibilities will be to:
- Responsible for all aspects of proposal management, including proposal development, risk management and mitigation, pricing, customer negotiations and issues resolution.
- Lead the deal process, structuring creatively the commercial and technical aspects, as well as fully manage associated contractual issues that arise during the execution phase.
- Be accountable for overall project proposal strategy; may include compiling and submitting required tender documentation. Arranges the Bid-to-Win process or Risk Reviews.
- Interface with the regional sales teams to develop commercial strategies and solutions that will meet customer requirements.
- Coordinate commercial engagements, involving engineering, legal, risk, finance etc.
- Guarantee Quality completeness and Time responsiveness, always supporting the compliance to processes and best practices
Qualifications/Requirements
- BS/BA
- Fluency in English and Italian
- Self-starter, high motivation level, strong leadership, and social skills.
- Strong communicator, at all levels, active listener, open minded.
- Customer driven mindset
- Ability to analyze and resolve problems, teaming up with all stakeholders
- Availability to travel for business purposes world-wide
- Prior experience in Commercial Operations or Contract negotiation
- Knowledge of Rotating - Turbomachinery Equipment
- Experience in a technical/commercial role, preferably developed in Technology or Energy Sector.
- Background in services and after-market
- T&Cs management experience
- Six Sigma Green Belt certification
