Program Overview

GDIT delivers critical all‑source intelligence on foreign military and civilian cyber actors, their supporting infrastructure, and the broader ecosystems in which these capabilities operate. This intelligence directly supports foundational military intelligence (FMI) requirements for the joint force and ensures alignment with the mission portfolios.

On this program, GDIT provides a broad range of analytic and mission‑enabling support to produce operationally relevant FMI and scientific and technical intelligence (S&TI) for cyberspace operations. Our support is not limited to analysis; we engage across the entire intelligence cycle—planning, collection, processing, exploitation, production, and dissemination—while also executing integrated mission management functions.

All support is focused on enhancing the customers’ ability to enable both defensive and offensive cyberspace operations.

Position Overview

Job Requirement: Knowledge Manager

This is a senior‑level position designated as a key role on the contract, responsible for driving enterprise knowledge management efforts and ensuring mission success. The selected individual will serve as a central technical and analytic enabler for the program, shaping critical processes, requirements, and data workflows across the organization. Because of the importance of this role, high‑performing candidates with demonstrated expertise, initiative, and the ability to lead in a complex intelligence environment are strongly desired.

The Knowledge Manager supports the alignment of processes, tools, and technologies that enable effective information sharing across analytic teams and organizations. This position enhances analytic production by managing centralized and distributed data systems, shaping workflows, and ensuring analysts can search, discover, store, retrieve, and disseminate information efficiently. The role includes compiling performance and usage metrics, identifying future requirements, and coordinating the dissemination of intelligence products across multiple networks and portals.

Responsibilities

• Develop information system requirements that support mission objectives and align with DoW and Intelligence Community architecture standards.
• Capture, refine, and update user and functional system requirements through interviews, system reviews, and process assessments.
• Support the development of logical data models derived from functional requirements.
• Create use cases for new applications and assess detailed system factors including input/output needs, data flows, hardware/software requirements, and reliability characteristics.
• Interface directly with users to define problems, assess data availability, validate requirements, and resolve system design issues.
• Work independently with moderate supervision while functioning as an integrated member of a Knowledge Management (KM) team.
• Coordinate and participate in all KM-related meetings, working groups, and activities.
• Maintain and update requirements documentation, including information stored across various data repositories.
• Draft and maintain Operating Instructions (OIs) for command-wide programs and initiatives as assigned by the Government.
   

Education and Required Experience

• Master’s degree with 12 years related experience or Bachelor’s degree with 17 years’ experience
• Clearance: TS/SCI with an active poly

The likely salary range for this position is $124,093 - $149,500. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
