About the role

We're looking for a strategic and forward-thinking Knowledge Manager to shape how legal knowledge is created, shared and applied across Personal Law. You'll lead the evolution of our knowledge ecosystem—bringing together legal expertise, technology and innovation to make it easier for our people to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients.

Working closely with legal leaders, Digital & Technology and subject matter experts, you'll drive knowledge initiatives that improve consistency, quality and efficiency. From AI-enabled tools and playbooks to governance, training and best-practice frameworks, you'll play a key role in modernising the way we work.

What we're looking for

You'll be a legally qualified professional with a passion for knowledge management, innovation and continuous improvement. You know how to turn complex legal information into practical, accessible resources and enjoy influencing stakeholders to embrace new ways of working.

You'll bring:

  • Significant post-admission experience in legal practice, knowledge management or a related legal innovation role.
  • Experience designing, implementing and governing legal knowledge assets, systems and processes.
  • Strong understanding of legal research, legal drafting and knowledge governance.
  • Experience working with legal technology, including generative AI and emerging knowledge tools.
  • The ability to engage, influence and collaborate with stakeholders across all levels of the business.
  • A curious, solutions-focused mindset with excellent communication, facilitation and change management skills.
  • A passion for improving how knowledge is captured, shared and embedded into everyday practice.
