As a Knowledge Management Senior Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and managing knowledge management strategies that enhance information sharing and optimize the use of knowledge across the organization. You will lead initiatives to capture, organize, and disseminate knowledge while ensuring that employees have access to the right information when they need it. Your role will also involve collaborating with various departments to identify knowledge gaps and implement solutions effectively.
Responsibilities- Design and implement knowledge management strategies and best practices
- Facilitate the development of a knowledge-sharing culture within the organization
- Develop and maintain knowledge repositories, including documentation, training materials, and best practices
- Analyze knowledge usage and effectiveness to identify areas for improvement
