Are you passionate about leveraging knowledge to drive organizational success? Join us as a Knowledge Management Coordinator at Cencora, where you will be at the forefront of fostering the growth, sharing, and effective use of knowledge resources on our cutting-edge ServiceNow platform. In this dynamic role, you will craft and maintain targeted documentation for various stakeholders, enhancing user experience and operational efficiency. We are seeking a candidate with a unique combination of technical acumen and a talent for delivering knowledge content that elevates the employee journey to new heights.
- Work closely with HR COEs, HR Business Partners, and HR Technology to assist in the seamless organization and dissemination of content.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify knowledge gaps, opportunities for improvement, and innovative knowledge management practices.
- Help plan and execute the curation and organization of both global and country-specific HR knowledge content, ensuring it is easily accessible to employees.
- Support the governance process for knowledge content, including assisting in content creation, review, publication, and retirement.
- Ensure that all content adheres to established style and quality guidelines, enhancing its usability and searchability.
- Stay informed about new and changing HR policies and processes, leading the initiative to update and optimize related content.
- Monitor knowledge article feedback and relevant metrics to promote an outstanding experience for employees and managers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in knowledge management, information management, or related roles.
- Familiarity with knowledge management systems, databases, and collaboration tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate and efficient knowledge organization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration.
- Analytical mindset to assess knowledge management performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Salary Range*
$56,500 - 83,270
*This Salary Range reflects a National Average for this job. The actual range may vary based on your locale. Ranges in Colorado/California/Washington/New York/Hawaii/Vermont/Minnesota/Massachusetts/Illinois State-specific locations may be up to 10% lower than the minimum salary range, and 12% higher than the maximum salary range.
