What You’ll Be Doing?
- Living in the minds of our customers and being their voice internally
- Listening and challenging our stakeholders regarding their customer insight needs considering how this will contribute to business results, and guiding them on the research solutions
- Designing and implementing conventional and creative research studies that best meet the needs
- Translating research findings into meaningful insights, going beyond the data
- Actively keeping oneself up-to-date on new research methods and practices
- Relentlessly delivering customer insights to relevant stakeholders through regular research
What You’ll Bring?
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Business, Psychology, Sociology, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3-5 years of experience in market research & customer insight
- Professional competency with Excel and PowerPoint
- Passionate about working in a dynamic startup environment
- Able to multi-tasking rigorously
- Cannot live without numbers, good analytical skills enabling to make an analysis
- Fruitful stakeholder management, and communication, and presentation abilities
- Fluency in English both writing and speaking
- Proactive and initiative-taker
- Hunger to learn and relearn
- Iterative, quick-thinker, and problem solver
