Job Description
Support the design, production, and delivery of internal training, onboarding, and tool enablement experiences. Collaborate with facilitators and business partners to prepare materials, manage session logistics, and enhance learner engagement. Contribute to broader knowledge management tasks, including content creation, updates, and feedback.Key Responsibilities
- Learning Experience Production & Facilitation Support
Coordinate and produce virtual and in-person learning sessions, including agendas, materials, and communications. Support facilitators during delivery to ensure sessions are organized, engaging, and meet learner needs. Manage logistics and post-session follow-up activities. Facilitate training sessions, as needed. - Digital Adoption & Guide Me (Whatfix) support
Create, maintain, and improve digital in-tool support (e.g., walkthroughs, tooltips, smart tips, beacons). Partner with SMEs, technology, and business teams to ensure accuracy and support process or tool changes. Test, deploy, and validate release updates with business partners. - Content Development & Updates
Create and maintain knowledge base content using company and team guidelines to improve readability and consistency. Support and process content feedback in a timely manner to ensure content accuracy. Optimize content for usability and search effectiveness. - Project & Relationship Support
Support internal business initiatives through content analysis; consult with business leaders to align solutions with needs. - Influence & Change Management
Build consensus across teams; stay aligned with Risk Operations business/change controls. - Flexibility
Adapt to evolving priorities and perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Education: High school degree or equivalent.
- Experience: 1-3+ years relevant experience.
- *Post-secondary education and relevant work experience may be interchanged to meet the combined total years of minimum required qualifications for education and experience.
- Demonstration of strong plain language written communication skills and an understanding of process improvement and content design best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal skills to effectively gather information and communicate recommendations to different levels of the organization.
- Strong ability to organize and synthesize information from multiple sources into clear, consumable content.
- Ability to build working relationships across the enterprise and influence process improvements.
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for learning and developing creative solutions.
- **May require FINRA registration depending on group supported.
Preferred Qualifications
- Comfortable presenting to both small and large audiences (virtually or in-person).
- Familiarity with digital interactive guidance tools (e.g., Whatfix) or similar digital adoption platforms.
- Background in writing, project management, or process improvement.
In-Office Collaboration
We are a client-centric, relationship-based business. Working together, in-person, is foundational to how we achieve results. By fostering a culture of face-to-face collaboration, idea sharing, productivity and personal connection, we deliver for our stakeholders — clients, advisors, employees and shareholders. Our employees work in the office at least four (4) days per week, with flexibility to work from home one (1) day per week. Some roles may require additional in-office time or different in-office expectations, and specific requirements will be discussed during the hiring process.

Base Pay Salary
The estimated base salary for this role is $58,300 - $80,100/ year. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role.
