The Role

※当ポジションは、キンドリルジャパン・テクノロジーサービスの募集です。

インフラエンジニアとして サーバー／OS／ミドルウエア／クラウド環境の 要件定義・設計・構築・運用・保守などを担当します。システムのパフォーマンス向上、安定稼働のための監視、および障害対応を含む多岐にわたる業務を担っていただきます。

• 他のITチームやステークホルダーとの連携

• チームリード（案件見積、進捗管理、お客様報告）

• 分散システムおよびサーバーの運用・監視

• システム障害のトラブルシューティングおよび迅速な対応

• MWパッチ適用やアプリ導入支援

• システム関連のドキュメント作成

Who You Are

必要なテクニカルおよびプロフェッショナル経験

• 主体性、リーダーシップ(責任者として進捗管理・お客様報告・案件見積・障害対応の経験)
• チームでの協力性およびコミュニケーションスキル
• 10年以上の分散系システムのミドルウェア運用・保守経験（Db2,WAS/IHS)または構築経験
• 問題解決力および分析力、ロジカルシンキング

望ましいテクニカルおよびプロフェッショナル経験

• 新規技術習得に対する前向き、積極的な姿勢

• ネットワークの基本知識（TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN等）

• IT関連の資格（例: Cisco, Red Hat, AWS認定など）

• PMP等のPM関連資格、Agileの知見

• ミドルウェア(Guardium)の知見
