The Role

As a Sub-Leader (team size: approx. 10 members) in a customer-facing project focused on Active Directory-based authentication infrastructure, you will lead overall operations management, infrastructure planning, design, build, and security measures.

Responsibilities include:

• Design, build, operation, and maintenance of Active Directory in customer environments

• Planning and implementation of security enhancement measures (authentication, access control)

• Incident response, troubleshooting, and performance optimization

• Customer communication for requirements definition and progress reporting

• Technical support and progress management for team members

• Operational support for hybrid environments, including Azure AD and cloud integration

• Proposal and implementation of optimization for Group Policy, OU design, and access rights management

Environment:

• Software: Windows Server, Active Directory, Entra ID, ADFS, ADCS, MDI

• Scripting Language: PowerShell

Who You Are

• Experience in building and operating Active Directory, and designing/managing Windows Server environments

• Experience in customer communication and negotiation, strong troubleshooting skills

• Experience as a Project Leader or Sub-Leader

• Fluent in Japanese （Written, Verbal)

• Knowledge of authentication infrastructure (DNS, DHCP, Kerberos, etc.)

• Experience with Azure AD or other cloud-based authentication platforms

• Security-related certifications (e.g., MCSA, MCSE, Azure certifications)

• Strong customer-facing skills combined with technical expertise

• High security awareness and ability to proactively propose improvements

• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to support and guide team members
