Compensation: $18-21 per hour.

Each division has dedicated Account Managers focused on just their product/service within their division enabling us to bring the highest service level combined with the most experienced product knowledge in that vertical.
- Brand Management Sales Division
- Print Management Sales Division
- Engagement Sales Division
Responsibilities:
- Assist with creation of custom Kitting projects.
- Kit creation involves building kits based on information provided in an assigned kitting ticket. Ticket information includes elements such as:
- Products going into the kit.
- Packaging instruction with elements that are included.
- Quantity of kits
- Dates/Deadlines for each kit to ship.
- Ability to follow detailed directions.
- Ability to partner with other kitting team members in a professional manner.
- Ability to multi-task and potentially work on multiple kits at that same time.
- Ability to lift packages that are up to 40lbs.
Education and Experience:
- High School diploma or general education degree.
- Prior kitting experience a plus.
- Prior customer service-related communication experience a plus.
Skills/Competencies:
- Ability to speak and understand the English language.
- Excellent organization and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to be a creative thinker, prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Ability to communicate with BIG team members whose project you are assigned in a professional and positive manner.
- Ability to maintain a safe work environment.
- Ability to stand, lift, bend, for at least 8 hours of a day.
