Join Kinexys by J.P. Morgan, a team passionate about redefining the future of payments through innovative technology. You'll play a crucial role in our recently established Kinexys Digital Payments product line, focused on transforming payments with next-generation blockchain infrastructure.
As a Product Manager within Kinexys Digital Payments, you will lead the strategy, development, and delivery of Kinexys products with a focus on advanced account solutions. You will be part of a global team of product designers, technologists, and innovators, tasked with providing clients with next-generation cash management, virtual account structures, and payment products. Your expertise will drive the rollout of multi-asset, multi-currency, and blockchain-enabled account capabilities, delivering differentiated ledgering solutions that set Kinexys apart from traditional offerings in the market.
Job Responsibilities
  • Own the development and delivery of Kinexys account solutions, including virtualization, multi-asset, multi-currency, and blockchain-enabled accounts.
  • Lead the rollout of advanced ledgering capabilities that differentiate Kinexys from traditional market solutions, enabling real-time, transparent, and programmable account management.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders across Legal, Compliance, Technology, Operations, and Account Management to propel product initiatives and ensure regulatory alignment.
  • Drive product ideation for virtual account structures, digital asset management, and multi-currency features, building consensus with business partners and senior managers on design and feature priorities.
  • Define and enhance the client service model for advanced account solutions, ensuring a seamless and differentiated client experience.
  • Partner with Sales and Account Management to develop commercial strategies and client-facing materials that support product commercialization and adoption of new ledgering capabilities.
  • Work with cross-line-of-business teams to assess the feasibility and integration of new account services, including blockchain and digital asset solutions, for market introduction.
  • Develop and size market opportunities, pricing strategies, and growth projections for virtual, multi-asset, and multi-currency account solutions.
  • Monitor competitors, market trends, and regulatory changes in account solutions, blockchain, and payments to maintain a leading market position.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or equivalent disciplines.
  • Relevant experience in account solutions, payments, financial services, enterprise fintech, or blockchain technology.
  • Strong collaborator with proven ability to work alongside cross-functional partners, including Account Management, Technology, and Operations.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to conceptualize advanced account frameworks (virtualization, multi-asset, multi-currency, blockchain), prioritize initiatives, and connect the dots across business and functional areas to deliver high-impact solutions for clients.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset-comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with minimal guidance and a strong sense of ownership.
  • Execution-focused and action-oriented with experience in highly cross-functional organizations.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • Product management experience in virtual accounts, multi-asset/multi-currency solutions, or blockchain-based ledgering.
  • Technical experience with payments, account management systems, and distributed ledger technologies.
  • Familiarity with client onboarding, account structures, cash management, and digital asset solutions.
