Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end documentation for client onboarding, including KYC, AML, and due diligence processes. 
  • Ensure strict compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies across all client interactions and processes. 
  • Monitor and optimize operational workflows to improve efficiency, reduce processing time, and minimize errors. 
  • Develop, maintain, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to align with evolving business and compliance requirements. 
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Compliance, Operations, Risk, and Client Services) to resolve process gaps and ensure consistency. 
  • Prepare and analyze Management Information System (MIS) reports to track performance metrics, client status, and operational KPIs. 
  • Identify process bottlenecks and implement problem-solving strategies to enhance workflow optimization. 
  • Maintain accurate digital and physical records with emphasis on data integrity, confidentiality, and audit readiness. 
  • Support the escalation and resolution of client-related queries within defined timelines and service level agreements. 


Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field. 
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving operational challenges. 
  • Proficiency in documentation management systems and digital record-keeping tools. 
  • Foundational understanding of compliance frameworks (e.g., KYC, AML, RBI guidelines) in financial services. 
  • Experience or exposure to operations management, process documentation, and workflow design. 
  • Familiarity with SOP development and process improvement methodologies. 
  • Ability to generate and interpret MIS reports using Excel, Google Sheets, or basic BI tools. 
  • High attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across teams. 
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, regulated financial services environment.
