Position Summary
Technicut Tool (TCT), a CMT company, is seeking a Key Account Specialist for our Windsor, ON location. The Key Account Specialist plans documents and manages the job workflow of assigned projects while working closely with the customer for scheduling. This position will work with an excellent team of individuals in the Aerospace industry providing cutting-edge products to top-tier aerospace manufacturers and the Department of Defense. *This position works a schedule of Monday thru Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm. The salary range for this position is between $70,000 - $95,000/year depending on experience*
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Engage with stakeholders for effective planning and execution of key projects across the company.
- Assembles and leads cross-functional teams to meet project initiatives.
- Manages multiple inter-dependencies and business risks related to product access to the markets in a compliant manner.
- Creates detailed planning of all tasks required to meet key project objectives.
- Identifies and mitigates risks with minimal oversight or guidance.
- Supports continuous improvement of relevant business processes.
Experience, Qualifications, and Skills
- High School/GED or equivalent education is required but a bachelor's degree in manufacturing or engineering is preferred.
- Minimum 2+ years of related experience is required.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience with MS Access and Excel.
- ERP and other planning software experience is required.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English is required.
- Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
- Ability to produce precision work.
