In this role you’ll make an impact by: 

  • Proactively seeking new customers and sales opportunities to drive sustainable business growth; prioritize key projects among many opportunities. 

  • Responsible for Sales Budget, Sales Estimate, Forecast, etc.

  • Responsible for trademark, IP execution and marketing activities for both initiatives and customers’ needs. 

  • Using internal opportunity management tools to develop opportunities into commercialized solution by value-selling and maximum our scientific value and credibility; 

  • Driving ideation and innovation workshops, etc.;

  • Providing timely monthly reports, call reports, rolling forecast, competition information, etc

  • Cross-functional coordination with RA, supply chain, finance, GSA and global team, etc.

  • Coordinating among GSA, cross-functional supporting team, and local team to drive the localized projects in China;

  • Distributor management including distributor KPIs, incentive, training, contract, conflict management, etc.

To succeed you must hold: 

  • Master degree in Food and Nutrition, Chemicals or Biology, MBA is preferred;

  • 8+years of value-selling sales experience in multinational companies, 5+ years in dietary supplement, probiotics, health nutrition or OTC experience is preferred; project management; key account management;

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; can impact without authority 

  • Strong negotiation skills and presentation skills;

  • Strategic thinking and execution, “Lead for result” and “Customer centricity” mind-set

  • Strong problem-solving skills and stakeholders management;

  • Fluent English of writing and communication.
