Role Overview:
AURA is looking for a dedicated, motivated, and self-driven individual to take on the role of Key Account Manager. The role is based in Johannesburg and will report directly to the Global Supply Operations Manager.
The role of the Key Account Manager is to manage the relationships and all day-to-day operational requirements of the AURA network's security and medical service providers (suppliers). You will be responsible for analysing and understanding operational performance, managing relationships, resolving issues, and ensuring that all assigned service providers meet AURA's minimum service levels.
You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple activities at the same time. This person must be a true go-getter, hustler, and A-player. If this is you, apply now!
Key Responsibilities:
- Training of relevant operational personnel
- Fostering and management of relationships with key personnel
- Ensure the service providers successfully adopt AURA's hardware, software, processes and requirements
- Management and reporting of performance
- Analyse and review various data relating to service levels
- Resolution of technical issues and any problems pertaining to the service providers
Skills & Competencies:
- 2 years of operations, logistics, account management or customer
service experience - Excellent communication and people skills
- Ability to manage relationships
- Ability to manage multiple operational requirements simultaneously
- Creative problem solving
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Good aptitude for technology
- Experience within the security industry highly advantageous
- Drivers license and vehicle
- Additional requirements:
o Microsoft office proficiency
o Computer literacy
o Zoho and Qlik experience advantageous
