You will get a chance to lead our Services clients cluster to drive our client success. You’ll be supported by your team members and other professionals of Sievo. As a Key Account Manager, you will:

  • Own a portfolio of 15–25 global enterprise clients
  • Ensure exceptional customer experience and retention
  • Lead upsell and cross-sell initiatives with procurement, IT, ESG, and finance stakeholders
  • Partner closely with CxOs and super users to drive adoption and value
  • You'll collaborate with a high-performing team and be supported by Sievo’s delivery and product experts.

What we’re looking for:

Experience & Skills

  • 5+ years in account management, customer success, or B2B SaaS sales
  • Experience managing six-figure enterprise accounts with multiple stakeholders
  • Familiarity with procurement and/or procurement tech
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders (CxO level)
  • Strong communication skills in English (other languages, especially Spanish, a plus)
  • Tech-savvy, with a quick grasp of complex software

  • Confident and consultative in complex discussions
  • Independent and proactive with a bias for action
  • Excited by global business and occasional travel (up to 30 days/year)

Salary Range: $115,000 - $140,000 OTE

Work Type: Hybrid, based in Chicago, IL

Salary will be determined at the conclusion of the interview process based on your skills and experience.
