The Role

Position Summary: The Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Digital Medical Education will play a pivotal role in advancing our digital education initiatives within the medical field. This individual will leverage their expertise to drive business development, increase opportunity development, and support the wider MASS and Business Development teams, ensuring the growth and success of our educational programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Medical Education: Develop and implement innovative digital education strategies tailored to the medical sector. Create and curate high-quality educational content that meets the needs of healthcare professionals and students.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the digital medical education space. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including educational institutions, healthcare organizations, and technology partners.
  • Opportunity Development: Increase opportunity development by analyzing market trends and identifying potential areas for growth. Develop strategic plans to capitalize on these opportunities and drive the expansion of our educational offerings.
  • Support for MASS and Business Development Teams: Collaborate with the MASS and Business Development teams to provide expert knowledge and insights, assisting in the development of sales and business strategies and supporting efforts to achieve targets.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in digital medical education, with a strong understanding of current trends and technologies.
  • Demonstrated success in business development, with a track record of identifying and securing new opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a focus on opportunity development and growth.
  • Experience in supporting sales and business development teams and contributing to their strategies.
