About the Role
As a Key Account Manager at Colibrix One, you’ll play a vital role in building strong, lasting relationships with merchants, collaborating across departments, and driving innovation through a deep understanding of client needs. This is a client-facing, strategic position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced fintech environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client onboarding, including gathering and conducting an initial review of documents
- To advise our customers regarding products and services
- To establish sustainable customer relations
- To maintain and update the client database
- Act as a single point of contact for the merchant and facilitate dialogue between them and the different departments in finance, compliance, and operations
- Anticipate client needs, and the challenges they face, and work with the internal team to develop action plans for addressing issues and ideas that drive innovation and best practices

- Previous experience in client-oriented role in the B2B sector

What You Need to Succeed in This Role:
- 1+ years’ experience preferably within a regulated entity in a similar role in a banking, payments
- Higher education: Business management, Economy, or other would be an advantage
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written communication skills and ability to convey complex information in a clear, understandable way for the audience
- Fluency in English and Russian (proficiency in additional languages is considered an asset)

Salary Range:
2300 – 3200 EUR gross per month
* This position is offered within the COLIBRIX ONE. Employment will be under the appropriate legal entity based on the role and location.
Skills Required
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably within a regulated banking or payments entity
- Previous experience in a B2B client-oriented role
- Fluency in English and Russian
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to prioritize workload and work independently with minimal supervision
- Strategic and analytical thinking
- Higher education in business management, economics, or a related field
- Proficiency in additional languages
