The mission of our Key Account Management team is to proactively respond to the needs of our customers and make them not only satisfied, but also more successful. We make sure that app publishers, advertising networks and advertisers get the most out of our Meta RTB solution.

Who you are:

  • You advise app publishers, advertising networks and advertisers on all operational and strategic aspects
  • You analyze, optimize and monitor advertising sales in line with the client's objectives
  • Recognising up- and cross-selling potential and presenting this to clients
  • You communicate regularly and transparently about the development of your apps to ensure first-class customer service
  • You work very closely with technical support and act as an interface between customers, partners and our tech team
  • You research and develop extensive technical knowledge in relation to the solutions offered and general developments in the field of digital marketing
  • You liaise closely with the sales, marketing and tech teams to continuously improve the customer experience
  • Customer communication and reporting are your daily business

What you bring:

  • You have initial practical experience in a customer-facing environment such as customer success, account management or similar
  • You place customer satisfaction at the center of your thoughts and actions
  • You have a convincing, customer-oriented demeanor and act confidently and results-oriented in customer meetings
  • Your strengths include an understanding of and enjoyment of numbers and technical topics
  • You have strong analytical, conceptual and communication skills
  • You are able to work independently and in an organized manner
  • Very good German and English skills round off your profile
