Duties and Responsibilities
Key Account Manager-Training at TMI is responsible for managing a portfolio of key accounts, and for delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
The job involves client relationship management, upselling, cross selling and also ensuring that there is continuous feedback from the client to the delivery teams to ensure that the training curriculum and delivery models exceed client expectations.
The role includes the following:
1.Account Management
Persistent and skilled at negotiating.
Maximizing brand exposure.
Developing relationship with key decision makers and stakeholders.
Strong consultative selling skills.
Experience in working across functions to improve customer service.
Preferred past Experience
- Should have managed training across multiple clients accounts and has an idea of Instructional Design for ILT (Instructor Led Training).
- A strong professional demeanor, and a proven ability to create, maintain and enhance client relationships.
- Experience in managing multiple clients in Training or having managed multiple courses for single large client account.

Qualifications
Vernacular Requirements
Should be conversant in English and Hindi. Knowledge of an additional regional language will be a definite plus
Computer Skills:
Proficiency required in Power Point Presentations , Emails and worksheets
Education Specifications
A Post Graduate, preferably in Management with HR as a specialization
Years of relevant experience:
Should have 5+ Years in Business Development (Training) or allied areas.
Salary
The annual CTC range starts at 6.0 lakhs per annum. Salary is negotiated based on experience and last drawn pay.
