Under the direction of the Regional Field Manager (RFM) this individual will be responsible for maximizing BeOne's products in the served territory. The Key Account Manager (KAM) implements the marketing strategy in the area and is responsible for achieving defined sales targets within an agreed expense budget. In addition, the KAM supports and advises the key account customers in the territory in an appreciative, open-minded and honest manner.
Essential Functions of the job:
Building a BeOne image/brand and awareness for our company and our products in the immune-oncology market in the served area
Scientific and distribution expert advice and support of hospital pharmacists and medical immune-oncologists in hospitals and PBO´s
Responsibility for the regional sales goals and qualitative performance parameters, as agreed with the RFM
Development, implementation and execution of commercial projects to optimise patient care in collaboration with our key customers: Use and apply in suitable situations the Project Management to cooperate and develop the Key Account Customers of the served area
In close collaboration with Market Access, Customer Engagement and other relevant functions, identify, plan and execute projects supporting distribution and implementation of BeOne’s drugs
Organization and execution of local symposia and workshops with the key customers
Participation and customer care in local, national and international meetings and symposia
Ensure compliance within all activities to maintain the highest standards of patients focused ethical conduct in line with our values.
Consistently ensure operating in accordance with BeOne´s Standards of conduct and all applicable local laws and regulations.
Qualifications
Life science degree (university, college) or equivalent professional experience, incl. pharmacy and health-economics
5+ years of qualified work experience as commercial representative in the oncology and hospital market or similar positions
Expert knowledge and experience with pricing-based differentiation and distribution in hospital markets is desirable
Specific knowledge and network in (immuno)oncology, especially with regards to key customers in the relevant indications (special knowledge in the field of immune-oncology/PD1-inhibition)
Knowledge of the distribution structures and distribution channels of drugs, with a special focus on hospitals/hospital pharmacy
Strong identification with BeOne´s values and company mission
High social competence and capacity for teamwork
Highly motivated, solution oriented and a positive attitude
Willingness to learn and continuously develop (on the job, through coaching & training)
Demonstrated success in a small but fast growing, entrepreneurial commercial environment.
Demonstrated marketing, project management and digital competencies
Success- and service-oriented thinking and working, strong implementation skills
English – intermediate level, German – fluent or native speaker
Willingness to travel (min. 60% customer facing activities), Valid driver‘s license
