YOUR NEW ROLE
We are looking for a Key Account Manager for the Russian market to join our internal Partners Online team at Mango. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our key partners in Russia through strategic collaboration and operational excellence.
YOUR MAIN RESPONSABILITIES
• Key account management: You will be the main point of contact for Russian partners, leading the commercial and operational relationship to ensure their development and long-term loyalty.
• Strategy and planning: You will implement strategic and operational plans aligned with Mango’s objectives, coordinating all internal teams involved (Product, IT, Marketing, CS, Legal, Logistics, and Operations).
• Relationship development: You will work closely with key partners to drive their growth within the Mango ecosystem, ensuring efficient, profitable execution aligned with our global strategy.
• Issue management: Given the complexity of the Russian market, you will handle a high volume of diverse issues (logistical, legal, operational…), acting as a link between partners and internal departments to find quick and effective solutions.
• Business analysis: You will monitor the commercial performance of your accounts (sales, margins, KPIs) and identify opportunities to optimize profitability.
• Feedback collection: You will analyze partner feedback to identify potential improvements in product, processes, or service.
• Business opportunities: You will identify new needs and growth areas, driving commercial initiatives aligned with the regional strategy.
• Cross-functional collaboration: You will coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure an excellent partner experience and smooth project execution.
• Market visits: You will travel to Russia approximately three times a year to maintain close contact with partners, follow up on operations, and strengthen business relationships.
ABOUT YOU
• You have a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• You have at least 3 years of experience as a Key Account Manager, preferably in digital environments or the fashion/retail industry.
• You speak Russian at a bilingual level and English at an advanced level (both are essential).
• You have an analytical mindset and the ability to work with business and profitability data.
• You have strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills, and you know how to build long-term relationships.
• You feel comfortable working in dynamic environments and managing multiple teams.
• You are passionate about fashion and clearly results-oriented.
• You are willing to travel internationally several times a year to maintain direct contact with partners.
• You define yourself as a hands-on, problem-solving person, able to manage complex issues involving legal, operations, or logistics teams.
