Job Description

As Key Account Manager – Private Label, you manage and grow a portfolio of international key accounts while leading the successful execution of customer projects from award to launch. By combining commercial ownership with strong project management, you ensure seamless collaboration across the organization, operational excellence and long-term customer partnerships.

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of international Private Label key accounts, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and sustainable business growth.
  • Lead customer projects, including new product introductions (NPI), launches and implementation of new business, ensuring on-time, on-quality and on-budget delivery.
  • Act as the main point of contact for customers, translating commercial agreements into successful operational execution.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, Product Management, Operations, Finance, Marketing, Legal and Sales Operations) to deliver outstanding service and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor account performance, forecasts, margins and project milestones while proactively managing risks, changes and business opportunities.

Qualifications

We're looking for

  • Relevant experience in Key Account Management & Project Management within an international B2B manufacturing environment.
  • Proven experience leading customer projects, involving also new product launches.
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, stakeholder management, risk & change management, and continuous improvement.
  • Good understanding of cost, quality and delivery principles and experience working in structured project environments (Agile, Waterfall or similar).
  • A commercial mindset combined with excellent analytical, communication and coordination skills.
  • Master's degree or equivalent through experience.
  • Fluent in English and German. Knowledge of Dutch or French is a strong asset.

Skills Required
