The role

This is a commercially driven Key Account Manager role with strong technical interface responsibilities.

You will take ownership of Pixii’s key accounts and partner relationships within Norway, driving business development, supporting solution design, and strengthening Pixii’s market position across BESS deployments in peak shaving, grid support, EV charging, flexibility markets, and renewable energy integration.


You will:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for key customers including DSOs/DNSPs, EPCs, C&I customers, infrastructure operators, and strategic partners
  • Develop and execute account plans, growth strategies, and customer-specific roadmaps
  • Drive commercial opportunities from early engagement and qualification through to deal closing and contract negotiation
  • Support sales processes together with Sales Engineering and Product teams
  • Understand customer challenges related to grid constraints, flexibility, and energy economics
  • Coordinate across customers, R&D, and engineering teams on integration and solution configuration
  • Monitor market developments, regulatory changes, and emerging opportunities in Norway’s energy sector
  • Maintain accurate CRM data, forecasts, and pipeline reporting
  • Contribute structured customer feedback to Product Management and R&D to influence roadmap priorities
  • Coordinate with Marketing to support case studies, events, and campaigns in Norway

Who we are looking for

You combine commercial drive with technical understanding and are comfortable operating at the intersection of customers, product, and engineering.


You bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in key account management, technical sales, or business development
  • Background in energy storage, grid technology, renewable energy, power electronics, or industrial solutions
  • Experience working with utilities, DSOs, EPCs, or C&I customers
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex solution sales involving both hardware and software
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Energy Systems, or similar
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to understand technical products and translate customer needs into solutions
