General Description:
Under the direction of the Regional Field Manager this individual will be responsible for maximizing BeiGene's products in the served territory. The Key Account Manager (KAM), in coordination with Market Access and Medical colleagues, implements the business strategy in the area and is responsible for achieving defined sales targets within an agreed expense budget. The KAM will develop territory specific strategic account plans in close alignment and collaboration with the other functions. In addition, the KAM supports and advises the key account customers in the territory in an appreciative, open minded and honest manner.

Essential Functions of the job:
- Building a BeiGene image/brand and awareness for our company and our products in the hematology-oncology market in the served area, as a key scientific and health care partner
- Develop long lasting relationships based on value addition to the key stakeholders of the assigned territory
- Responsibility for the regional sales, company reputation, access goals and qualitative performance parameters, as agreed with the RFM, in coordination with other departments
- Development, implementation and execution of commercial projects to optimize patient care in collaboration with our key customers (HCPs and HCOs)
- Organization and execution of local symposia and workshops with the key customers
- Gathering insights and analyzing available information to identify strategic opportunities at account level
- Participation and customer care in local, national and international meetings and symposia
- Ensure compliance within all activities to maintain the highest standards of patients focused ethical conduct in line with our values.
- Consistently ensure operating in accordance with BeiGene´s Standards of conduct and all applicable local laws and regulations
Qualifications:
- Life science degree (university, college) or equivalent professional experience
- Several years of qualified work experience as commercial representative in the hematology-oncology market (previous experiences in the field of Lymphomas is desirable). Good knowledge of local KOLs and key HCOs
- Scientific education and experiences in this or similar positions
- Specific knowledge in hematology-oncology and distinct knowledge in project management
- Strong identification with BeiGene´s values and loyalty to the company
- Willingness to learning and continuously developing (training and coaching)
- Demonstrated success in a small but fast growing, entrepreneurial commercial environment.

- Excellent reliable contacts with opinion leaders in the relevant indications (special knowledge in the field of Lymphomas is desirable)

- Success-, service-, and commercial oriented thinking and working
- Good computer skills
- Willingness to travel
- Valid driver's license
