Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Key Account Manager - junior to support our sales team in managing corporate customers and developing new business opportunities. This position is particularly suitable for recent graduates who are eager to learn, develop their commercial skills and build a successful career in B2B sales. Essential responsibilities
- Contacting prospective customers provided by the call center.
- Qualifying sales opportunities and arranging meetings for sales representatives.
- Preparing electricity and natural gas offers for Key Account Managers and external sales representatives.
- Providing administrative support to the sales team.
- Maintaining and updating customer information in the CRM system.
- Cooperating with internal departments to process business opportunities and customer requests.
- Monitoring sales opportunities and supporting the contract closing process.
- Secondary school or university education.
- Strong communication skills and confidence in making phone calls.
- A proactive, organized, and detail-oriented approach.
- Commercial mindset and willingness to learn.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or administration is an advantage.
- Knowledge of the energy market is beneficial but not required.
- Fluent in Czech and English language (both written and spoken)
