We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our team and play a crucial role in driving sales growth and strengthening relationships with our key electrical wholesale customers in Poland. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, a deep understanding of the electrical wholesale industry, and strong relationship-building skills. 

Position based remotely in Poland. 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and margin targets for assigned key accounts
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key electrical wholesale customers in Poland
  • Conduct regular account reviews to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Negotiate and close contracts with key customers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at customer accounts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and support
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies for the electrical wholesale channel

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in B2B sales
  • Deep understanding of the electrical wholesale industry in Poland
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Fluency in Polish and English
  • Experience with CRM software is a plus
