The Role

Join our mission-driven team dedicated to advancing patient care through innovative biosimilar therapies. We are seeking a committed and results-oriented professional to help expand access to high-quality treatments across Switzerland.

As a Key Account Manager (Business Access Manager), you will lead commercial activities within your assigned region, engaging with key hospital stakeholders to promote biosimilar products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure healthcare decision-makers are equipped with the necessary information to support optimal adoption and prescribing. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with hospital pharmacists, clinicians, and procurement teams.
  • Positioning our client as a reliable and knowledgeable partner in the biosimilars/biologics space.
  • Gathering and reporting market intelligence and customer insights.
  • Driving sales performance and market share growth in alignment with strategic objectives.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales, particularly with high-cost drugs in hospital settings.
  • Background in biosimilars or therapeutic areas such as Rare Diseases, Haematology, Nephrology, Immunology, Oncology, Endocrinology, Orthopaedics, or Rheumatology.
  • Degree in Life Sciences or equivalent; advanced qualifications in Business Administration or Health Economics are advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and manage relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ideally Fluent in German and French is essential; English proficiency is also required. Italian is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel regularly across Switzerland.
  • Valid Swiss driving license.
